You should always check the products before accepting delivery and in case of a problem must inform us at the earliest. We do not accept any refund requests after 7 days of delivery. Returns of damaged, seal-opened or partially used products will not be entertained.

Important Notes:

  • It is necessary to inform us about the refund within the 7 days of delivery in order to get your request processed.
  • The refund cost will not include the postage and shipping charges of the delivery and return of the product.
  • An opened, damaged or partially used product will not be considered for refund.
  • Canceling of an order will not be done if it is dispatched.
  • Refunding can take up to a maximum of 28 days. Therefore, you are requested to wait calmly.
  • To return a product you simply need to file a return request on our website and our representative will immediately contact you to guide you through the needed action steps.
